Well here I am again....

It has been awhile since I posted on here.   I completely forgot I had this blog.  But here I am again.  Losing weight and taking names.   So in my last posts I was taking Wellbutrin but in the end that wasn't successful.   I also did LeVel again.  nothing...Plexus slim.  I liked the flavor but didn't do what it said.   I also went on Phentermine.   That was good,  but gave me high blood pressure.  So I had to go off that.    So I slowly gained weight.  I tried WW numerous times but I just couldn't get the results I did when I did it back before I started working.   Also I stopped going to the gym.  Well here I am...trying again.  Back in February 2022, I started WW again.  I lost 25lbs on that.  then September/November my sister was looking into prescription drugs.   I found that they had new medication out there.  After jumping through some hoops and figuring out what my insurance will and will not cover.  I decided on Wegovy but there was a shortage.   So I went with Saxenda until the Wegovy came back in stock.   So November 2022 I started Saxenda.   I was 208lbs.  Back in Feb of 2022.  my weight was 235.   So I titrated up like I was suppose to.   I had no major issues with the medication.  The food noise was quieted, my appetite was lowered and what I did eat kept me content longer.   Then in Feb 2023,  Wegovy is back in stock so I switched over.  The reasoning is that Wegovy is once a week as opposed to the Saxenda daily.   I didn't like having to inject myself.  It made me nervous.  but I got over it and it really don't hurt.  Again my food noise is still quiet, food digestion is slower, cravings are minimized.   I don't have any major side effects.  Some things people experience is nausea, constipation, vomiting, etc.   I don't have any of that.   I have currently lost another 25lbs.   My loss is slower than some experience but I am ok with that.(or so I tell myself)  I am now 179#     My goal is 150, anything more and that is good.  I will never meet the ideal BMI that all the websites say.   that is 110 to 119#.

My body isn't bouncing back like when I lost weight back before I started working.  I also haven't been doing the weight lifting I did back then.  But my skin is saggy and I guess according to my friend I am also loosing my butt.    So now I have to look into skin tightening.  I can't do body pump like I did before cuz classes and work don't line up.   So I have been doing water fitness and elliptical.  I also got an infinity hoop, but I haven't given that a go yet.
